Cellular phones and there damage to society!

is it just me?...Or have you ever noticed when people walk in the streets nowadays there head is always down at there phones. This causes people to run into eachother causeing friction and incidents, but who am i to talk im one of those people Mo ha ha ha....>:)we'll personally i think the learning rate for people with cell phone have gone down and in this case is  hectic.
